Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Plans are one-time payments for a 30-day period and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. This policy is part of the Terms of Service you accept when you create your account.

If you were charged in error, contact Support through the Support panel in the builder with your Order ID (ORD-…).
