Terms of service
These are the terms for using App Builder Agent (appbuilderagent.com). They are written in plain language on purpose. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service
App Builder Agent lets you build apps, websites, games and workflows by describing them to an AI agent, preview them in the browser, build Android APK/AAB files, publish websites at a link on this domain, and run workflows on our servers. Features, allowances and prices are described on the pricing page and may change; changes never take away what you already paid for within its period.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. One person, one account: the free allowance is per person and per device, and duplicate free accounts may be merged or limited. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
3. What you may build
Build what you like, except: apps that break the law, infringe someone's rights, deceive people, harvest data without consent, spread malware, or try to extract other users' data or our secrets from the platform. We may remove content and close accounts that do this. The AI agent will refuse some requests; do not try to trick it.
4. Who owns what
- Your projects are yours: the prompts, the generated code, the built APKs and the websites. You may use, modify, sell and distribute them without owing us anything.
- The platform is ours: the builder, the preview runtime, the build pipeline, the templates and this website. You get a licence to use them, not to copy them.
- AI-generated code may resemble code generated for others; we make no claim of uniqueness and you should review it before relying on it.
5. Plans and payments
Paid plans are one-time payments for a 30-day period; they do not renew automatically. Allowances (AI tokens, builds) reset when you pay for a new period and unused amounts do not carry over. Payments are handled by Razorpay or Dodo Payments; prices are in US dollars (rupees in India) and the price shown in the builder is the final amount you pay — your local taxes are included. If a payment succeeds but the plan does not activate within a few minutes, contact Support and we fix it.
6. Published sites, builds and workflows
Published websites are served under appbuilderagent.com/p/ and may show a small "built with" badge on the free plan. Workflows run on shared infrastructure with fair-use limits. We may stop serving content that violates section 3 or that harms the service.
7. Availability and what we do not promise
We work hard to keep the service up, but it is provided "as is": we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the AI's output is correct, that an app will be accepted by Google Play, or that a build will succeed for every idea. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending things
You can delete your projects at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 4 and 7 survive.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above changes and material changes are announced in the builder. Questions: the Support panel in the builder.
