Get it on your phone

1. Press Build this event app and sign in with Google. Paste your real program after the idea, even as a rough list.
2. Check the schedule in the emulator preview, star two sessions and fire a reminder from the Simulate panel.
3. Ask for changes in plain words: "show Now and Next at the top", "make speaker photos round", "add a Sponsors tab".
4. Press Download APK and install it on your Android phone. Walk the venue with the floor plan open.
5. For a public event, build the signed version for Google Play from the same menu; the APK builder page explains the steps.

Paste the whole program into the chat. The agent turns it into real sessions, so the first preview shows your actual morning rather than "Session 1".

Before, during and after the event

An event app earns its place in three moments. Before the day, put the APK link in the invitation email and on your registration page, and use the RSVP form to get real numbers for catering. On the day, the app replaces the printed program: announcements cover room changes and "lunch is served", reminders send people to the right talk, and the venue page answers the Wi-Fi question for the hundredth time. After the event, open feedback on each session and add links to slides or recordings, so the app stays useful for a week.
