Get it on your phone

1. Press Build this inventory app and sign in with Google. The agent starts building right away.
2. In the emulator preview, add three products, receive some stock and make a sale. Check that the counts and the dashboard add up.
3. Ask for changes in plain words: "show the shelf number on the list", "add a Beverages category", "make the Sell button bigger".
4. Press Download APK and install the file on your Android phone. Allow installs from your browser once.
5. For Google Play, build the signed version from the same menu; the APK builder page explains signing and uploading.

Test with your real products, not "Item 1". Ten real names with real units show you at once whether the list is easy to scan at the counter.

Getting your stock into the app

The hardest part of any inventory app is the first day, not the code. Start with your 30 to 50 fastest-moving products instead of the whole catalog: they cover most of your sales and you can count them in an afternoon. Paste the list into the chat — name, category, prices and the counted quantity, one product per line — and ask the agent to load it as the opening stock. From then on, record every delivery with Stock in and every sale with Sell, and do a quick count once a week; the adjustment history shows where the gaps come from.
